our brains are rewired *daily* by media, and circumstances. sleep aids in “unwiring the brain”. more sleep gives more peace…too much though can undo some of the “good” wiring that’s occurred.
again, this is a completely unfounded hypothesis that i haven’t even looked or cared to research, because i just wanted to get it out there…it is morning, i’m unwired, and more focused than i would be at the end of the day due to all the distractive wiring from media–which means that i have important work to do. :)
