#1 tooth came out today!

well, he came down from nap, sat on my lap, and we played with the tooth a bit. i did a “1 2 3″ *snatch!* but it didn’t come out…bled some though. the second time i tried, he wasn’t having it again, but for the cryer he is, was surprisingly cool about it…

fast forward an hour or so, playing outside while mommy’s gone…i had ‘em come sit next to me on the stairs. “we gotta get you to think of something else…open your mouth”. “ahhh”. i wriggled the tooth a bit. “think about balloons…how about chocolate?” “i will…” *snap*! he got giddy and was jumping up and down cheering! i’m so excited and was into my plan that i didn’t think too much about where i had done it…on concrete set of stairs, with little embedded white stones all over! we did locate the tooth though (it was the rock with blood on it :)

i loved his attitude about the whole thing.
