surreal evening. everyone in the household barring myself is pretty sick. we turned out our lights and stayed in. i saw lots of folk walking out last evening (and this is the first time i kept thinking about how much i’d love to be out there w/ my camera :). i’m not even big on halloween (we would have at least gone to an ‘auxillary function’, but couldn’t), but i felt like i was missing out on all the fun. :(

maybe we’ll just wander the streets one of these nights on our own, as a make-up. :)

one good thing that came out of it is that i actually implemented something (a very little something) using XMLHttpRequest, from scratch.
