the epson perfection 3200 has arrived. i’m still picking up on it. i haven’t scanned slides/transparencies in years. i recall how important it is to have good negatives (i.e. pristine).
i’m also trying to find a good setting that doesn’t make my 35mms look so fuzzy. the holga scans have come out quite true to what i’m expecting though.
speaking of–my first roll of holgas were pretty bad–the spool was so loose. i remember picking back up the camera and finding that the counter was in between numbers! ack. 4 out of a 16 roll came out OK.
some of these have interesting effects though.
