42 Mos Def!

I realized that there would be movie adaptation of The Hitchiker’s Guide to the Galaxy. Now that I know that Mos Def (first name Dante last name Beze :) will be in it–i’m more amped to catch this one.

great, great news. I don’t think I can adequately put into words the love that I have for mos def. outside of being a huge fan of his music, I think he’s got SERIOUS acting skills. did you happen to see him in ‘what the lord made’ (made for HBO, I think)? he was amazing in it. so yeah, great news. thanks for the info…

i only caught a part of “what the lord made”, and never got a chance to catch it again–hopefully it’ll be on DVD shortly–i was loving it.

he’s definitely a great actor–really i consider him first an actor who raps well, since he’s been acting longer than he’s had anything released musically.

i am a huge fan of Douglas Adams, when i found out that mos def was playing Ford Prefect in the movie version [mid last year] i was very excited!! the actor playing arthur dent is what got me REALLY excited!! Martin Freeman from the office…. can’t wait for this movie.
