rockin’ my fedora

i got mine, from the available torrent (remember to keep your torrent client ON after downloading!). i’m gonna blow away my redhat partition on my laptop and get this going, to see how easy it is to install, and to see if i run into any of the same issues i had installing redhat on this joint.

wow, fedora installed cleanly, and boots just as cleanly (granted i hit ‘c’ on the GRUB loader menu and adding ‘nousb’ to it). i’m not gonna spend too much time on this, for i’m going to be using my work laptop more frequently, after i get it monday, and will be setting up fedora on it.

i never gave an update on this–i got fedora core 1 running on my thinkpad t40 without a hitch.
